Back to the Grind

So my well deserved break gained me 5 pounds! Was it worth it? Maybe! I don't feel too bad - I have some resolutions in my head. I've got plans to eat well and exercise, maybe starting next week. I've just got so many things on my plate and sleep, exercise and eating right always fall to the bottom of the list when I am busy. But I feel good, tons of energy, lots of ideas, and I am ready to go....I'm sure I am burning calories just running around the house getting stuff done!
